Backorder Items and Drop Shipping
From time to time because of the size of elmagicshop.com we occasionally have items ordered that are not in stock at the time of purchase. If this is the case you will NOT be billed for these items when the rest of your order is sent.
When an item is on backorder and we get it back in stock we will then bill you for it, however we always send the item postpaid, meaning you will not pay any shipping or handling fees.
If an item is to be drop shipped from a manufacturer we will let you know this with a short note inside your package or via e-mail. Only orders that go to USA destinations are drop shipped. All international orders are shipped from our headquarters in California. Furthermore all of the people we do business with who drop ship for us are top quality reliable people.
It is important to also remember drop shippers will not be billing you. elmagicshop.com does all billing and the drop shippers only send products. We do NOT share your sensitive data with others, for any reason.
