What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing and billing address, credit card number and expiration date and daytime phone number.
This information allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. In the event you do order used products or products we have dropshipped, only your name and shipping address will be given to the supplier.

Backorders:
If an item is not in stock we will notify you either by phone or e-mail. You will never be charged for the backordered item until it is shipped.
Return Policy
elmagicshop.com guarantees your satisfaction. If you wish to return an item for any reason, we will issue a refund, credit or we will exchange the item. Exceptions being video tapes, pamphlets or lecture notes.
If this happens please contact elmagicshop.com at 818-241-4454 as soon as possible. In order for us to issue credit, refund or replacement you must return the item in the original packaging with all accessories appropriate for the item.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card account number used for the purchase or we will send you a check..
